Welfare & Empowerment Baluchistan (WEB) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to gender sensitization and the rehabilitation of marginalized segments of society. Established in February 2016 under the Social Welfare Ordinance of 1961, WEB works to uplift disadvantaged communities across Baluchistan by utilizing local resources and fostering participatory planning. Our mission is to promote human rights awareness and enable legal and economic empowerment for those most in need.
WEB was founded by a diverse group of male and female social activists, educators, healthcare professionals, lawyers, and community volunteers. United by a shared commitment to sustainable development, our members bring a wealth of experience and passion to drive real change at the grassroots level.
With a gender-balanced governing body, our leadership includes experienced professionals devoted to advancing the organization's vision—believing that women’s development is key to sustainable community growth.
